*All prices indicated above are in Canadian dollars. Conference fees are payable in Canadian dollars and are non-taxable. Note that we accept the following methods of payment: online payments by credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only).
** Postdoctoral fellows do not qualify for the student registration rate. Please note that if you register as a student, a VALID student proof is required to be sent to the congress secretariat prior to your arrival at the Congress (e.g. proof of registration for the 2011/2012 academic year or student ID with valid through dates). Should you fail to provide this documentation, you will be required to pay on-site the difference between the Student and the Full Congress Registration rate.

Cancellation, Substitution & Refund policy
All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to ICoMST 2012 Congress Secretariat – JPdL International by email to icomst2012@jpdl.com or by fax to +1-514-287-1248.
- Cancellations received prior to 5:00 PM (PST), on or before Friday, July 13th, 2012 will be eligible for a full refund less $150.00 CAD administration fee.
- Cancellations received after 5:00 PM (PST) on Friday, July 13th, 2012 are 100% non-refundable.
- An attendee name may be substituted at any time for a $50.00 CAD processing fee.
- All changes that cannot be made online are subject to a $50.00 CAD administration fee.
- Charges that need to be reprocessed on a different credit card are subject to a $75.00 CAD administration fee.
- All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
