From August 12 to 17, stakeholders and key players in the Meat Industry and the Research and Development communities worldwide will gather at ICoMST 2012 to explore the healthy world of meat from sustainable and environmentally sound production systems through to healthy products for the consumer. The world’s most renowned specialists will unveil the latest developments in meat science including consumer trends, nutrition and health, quality, tenderness, biochemistry, microbial quality and safety, sustainability, and animal welfare.
ICoMST 2012, truly the place to be for those who wish to learn about state-of-the-art technologies used here and elsewhere, will feature two special events: a Preconference Graduate Course and the CMSA Global Meat Quality and Safety Industry Day, that will address specifically our meat industry needs.
